G. Ronald Furse , as the surviving tenant of the joint tenancy with
right of survivorship made on January 20 , 1961 with Charlotte Pamela
Winthrop Furse , his wife , now deceased
party of the first part, and GEORGE RONALD FURSE , presently residing at Old
House , Ardingly Road, hest Hoathly, Sussex RH 19 4RA, England, also
known as G. Ronald Furse

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable cousideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
