WITNESSETH,that the party of the first tart, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant aid release unto lite party of the second part, lite heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, North 03 degrees 11 feet
/OQD 00 minutes East along land now or formerly of Willard, 104 .40 feet to

from the extremity of the first course herein and which marks the

RUNNING THENCE along said land nor or formerly of Smith, South 54
degrees 25 feet 30 inches East 99. 83 feet to the northerly side of
Sound View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Sound View Avenue on a
curve to the right, havingaa radius of 565.45 feet a distance along
said curver of 210. 99 feetito the monument at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
'BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the smae premises conveyed to the grantor(s)
herein by deed dated 11 -26-84 and recorded 12-10-84 in LIBER 9692

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if ally, of the party of lite first part ill and to ally streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the cemler lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all lite estate and rights of the party of the first part ill and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO

the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part bus not done or suffered anything
whereby lite said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Sectimt 13 of the Licit Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive lite consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such cotsid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for lite purpose of paying lite cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to file palmcml of the cost of lite improvement before using ally part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
