TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part in and to all land which may lie between the respective meander lines described on Schedule A hereto and the actual high water mark of Fishers ISland Sound. SUBJECT TO Driveway Easement Agreement recorded in Liber 10865 Page 356 . TOGETIIER WITH all right, title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, in and to all buildings, structures and improvements whatsoever in or upon the lands described on Schedule A hereto or in or upon the shores, beaches of and lands under the waters of, Fisher Island Sound, in front of and adjoining the same, including but not TAX MAP limited to, the pier, dock, boathouse and bathhouse.
