GILLAN ( "Grantor" ) , having an address at no number Peter' s Way, Fishers Island, New York 06390 and MARC K. BANKS and ANN K. BANKS, HIS WIFE ( "Grantee" ) , having an address at no number Oriental Avenue, Fishers Island, New York 06390 .
