EDWARDS, PURCHASERS The party of the first part reserves for himself, his heirs, X/#pjx/f a right of first refusal in the event that the party of the second part, their hears, successors or assigns, shall receive a bona fide offer to purchase the premises conveyed hereunder from a third party which offer the party of the second part intends to accept. The parity of the second part shall give written notice to the party of the first part via Federal Express or other overnight carrier, which notice shall include a copy of the Contract of Sale with the third party. The party of the first part shall have fifteen (15) days thereafter to exercise his right of first refusal . In the event that the party of the first part does not exert ase is right to purchase, / then the party of the second part shall right to accept the coffer upon the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Contract of Sale.
