BEGINNING at the intersection of the northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue with the
easterly line of Grathwohl Road and being the southwesterly comer of premises herein
described; running thence along the easterly line of Grathwohl Road North 2 degrees 09
minutes 00 seconds East a distance of 100 feet;
