All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying and being at Easl
Cutchogue in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
being known and designaled as Lot 15 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Sunny
Shores at East Cutchogue," and filed in the Offic.~. of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on August 30, 1960 as Map Number 3231, said Lot being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Emory Road distant 250.00 feet
westerly from the corner formed by the intersectien of the southerly side of
Emory Road with the westerly side gl Little Neck Road, said point of beginning is
also where the division line between Lot 16 and 15 on said map intersecls the
southerly side of Emory Road;
Running thence from said point of beginning along Lot 16, South 10 degrees 46
minutes 10 seconds East 200.00 feet to Lot 21 on said map;
