THIS INDENTURE, made the 11th day of May, 2011 BETWEEN
SHIRLEY E. BRATLE, as surviving tenant by the entirety of Carl G. Brntle, deceased on March 30,
2007, residing at 775 Hill Road, P.O. Box 1154, $outhold, NY, 11971
party of~e first part,
SHIRLEY E. BRATLE, residing at 775 Hill Road, P.O. Box 1154, Southohi, NY, 11971; and
BARBARA E. BRATLE, residing at 3114 Eldridge Avenue, Bellingham, Washington, 98225, both as
co- Trustees of the Shirley E. Bratle Trust under Agreement dated May 11, 2011,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, docs hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and aszi~s of thc party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 6 on a certain map
entitled "Map of Calves Neck" and filed in the Office of the Ctcrk of the County of Suffolk on February 15,
1972, as Map Number 5673,
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part and Carl
G. Bratle, who died on March 30, 2007, by deed dated October 3, 1972 which deed was recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 25, I972 in Liber 7268 at page $71.
TOGETHER WITH the rights of the Seller, if any, to pass and repass over the waters in the canal
shown on said map to and from Lot 6 and/or Jockey Creek and/or $oulhold Bay.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, e~ccept as aforesaid.
AND I:HE party of the first part, in ¢ompli~ce with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
o£the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the paym~mt of'the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sma.se of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year
above written.
