Clerk's Office on September 15, 1930 as Map No. 654.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in Deed dated 11/30/54
recorded 10/26/55 in Liber 4002 cp 420.

abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all lh
estate and rights of the party of the fust part in and to said premises-, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herei
granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever
