the first part by deed , dated March 26, 1991 and recorded in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on April 8 , 1991 in Liber 11244
page 204 .
This conveyance is made subject to a certain mortgage in
nfthe opagtna:
Tax Map principal amount of $40, 000 . 00 made by the party
of Designation as mortgagor , to Anthony J . Marshall, as mortgagee , which mortgage
is dated March 26, 1991 and was recorded in the Office of the Suffol.
Dist. County Clerk on April 81 1991 in Liber 16678 of Mortgages page 248 .
There is now due and owing the principal sum of $35 ,834 . 68 , plusThepart
interest at the rate of 10% per annum from April 26, 99
