to Fishers Island Corporation lying easterly of a certain line,
described in deeds made by Fishers Island Corporation, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount )?rospect
Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running
thence northerly following the east boundary of the said land of the United
States to the southerly line of East End Road (Sometimes called Oriental
Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of the United
States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound:
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the northerly side of a road 40
feet wide, said monument being 3916.09 feet north of a point which is 735.29
feet east of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station "Nin" (which said "Nin" monument is located near the
western end of a ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and
on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies
South 45 degrees 17 minutes 26 seconds east of north Dumpling Ligh in
Fishers Island Sound) ; running thence N. 37 degrees 51 minutes 50 seconds E.
111.93 feet to a stake; thence N. 8 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds E. 94.97
feet to a stake; thence N. 52 degrees 20 seconds E. 117.02 feet to a stake;
thence No. 86 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds E. 80.46 feet to a stake; thence
S. 37 degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds E. 448.38 feet to a stake set on the
northwesterly side of another road 40 feet wide; thence southwestwardly,
along the northwesterly side of said road (and following the arc of a curve
to the left whose radius is 431 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is S. 20 degrees 54 minutes 5 seconds E.) 160.79 feet to a stake;
thence still along the northwesterly side of said road, S. 47 degrees 43
minutes 30 seconds W. 26 feet to a stake marking a point of a curve to the
right whose radius is 26.72 feet and the direction of whose radius at that

northerly side of said road (and following the arc of said curve) , 39.13
feet to a stake set at the intersection of said road with the northeasterly
side of the road first above mentioned; thence, along the northeasterly
side of said road N. 48 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds W. 80. 18 feet to a
stake marking a point of curve to the left whose radius is 655.44 feet and
the direction of whose radius at that point is S. 41 degrees 38 minutes and
20 seconds W. ; thence northwestwardly, along the northeasterly side of said
road (and following the arc of said curve) , 299.97 feet to a stake; thence
still along the northeasterly side of said road, N. 74 degrees 35 minutes
W. 16 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all easements and rights of way appurtenant to said
premises connecting the said premises with the public highway.
