and described according to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Gillette Drive distant 1613.18 feet southerly from
the comer formed by the in{erseclion of the southerly side of Main Road with the westerly side
of Gillette Drive; said point also being where the division line between Lots 17 and 18 intersects
the westerly side of Gillette Drive;
