WITNESSETH, that whereas letters of administration were issued to the party of the first part
by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York on October 13, 19%5d by virtue
of the power and authority given by Article ll of Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second

and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING
at the stone monument at an angle in the northerly line of Central Avenu

of another monument marking the U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey Triangulati

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,

SUBJECT to an easement 10 feet in width reserved in favor of
Fishers Island Telephone Company, Inc. , and Fishers Island
Electric Company, Inc. , for a pole line, the center line being
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of the above
described tract, said point being 3659. 15 feet North of a point
which is 782. 71 feet West of said "PROS" monument; and
THENCE RUNNING North 2° 04 ' 00" West, about 103 feet;
THENCE North 460 10 ' 00" East, about 143 feet.
SUBJECT also to another easement 10 feet in width reserved
in- favor of Fishers Island Telephone Company, Inc. , and Fishers
Island Electric Company, Inc. , for a pole line, the center line
being described as follows:
