This transfer is without consideration as it is a transfer into a Trust
Premises being the same as conveyed to Grantor by Deed recorded just prior hereto

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any Effects and
roads abutting the above describer: premises w the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such comid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
.any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties' whenever the sense of this indenture to requires.

ALL that lot or parcel of land, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that
portion of Fishers Island belonging to the grantor (which
" portion is hereinafter called the "Park"). lying Easterly of
the following line viz:
f BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land owned by the
United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military. Reser-
vation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island
Sound or the Atlantic ocean and running thence Northerly
following the East boundary of the said land of the United
States to the Southerly line of East End Road (sometimes
called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the Northeasterly
corner of land of the United States, thence crossing the
ti East End Road and following the same course as the last to
the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound; said lot
or parcel of land being bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side
of a road forty feet wide, said monument being five thousand
five hundred and thirty-four and fifty-four hundredths feet
North of a point which is eighteen hundred and forty-five and
eight-hundredths feet East of another monument marking the
U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN"
(which said ",NIN" monument is located near the Western end
of a ridge overlooking the South shore of Fishers Island
and on the highest point between Chocomount and Mount Pros-
pect and lies South forty-five degrees seventeen minutes
and twenty-six seconds East of North Dumpling light in
Fishers Island Sound) ; and running thence Northwestwardly
along the Northeasterly side of said road (following the
arc of a curve to the left whose radius is seven hundred
and fifty-eight and thirty-one hundredths feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is South thirty-three
degrees fifty-nine minutes and ten seconds West) one hundred
and two and six-hundredths feet to a stake;
THENCE Northwestwardly still along the Northeasterly side of
said road (and following the arc of a curve to the left whose
radius is five hundred and sixty-seven and forty-hundredths
feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is South
twenty-six degrees sixteen minutes and thirty seconds West)
one hundred and sixty-two and fifty-seven hundredths feet to
a stake,;.
THENCE North nine degrees East two hundred and eighty and
eighty-four hundredths feet to the shore of Fishers Island
Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South seventy-three
degrees nineteen minutes and fifty seconds East two hundred
and forty-four and fifty-seven hundredths feet and South
fifty-four degrees twelve minutes and twenty seconds East
one-hundred and thirty-four and eighteen-hundredths feet to
a stake, and

perrtion of Fishers Island, formerly belonging to Fishers
Island Corporation (which portion is sometimes called the
" ark" ) lying Easterly of a certain line described in deeds
made by Fishers Island, as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeasterly corner of land owned by the
United States, known as the Fort H. G. Wright Military
,Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block
Island Sound or the Atlantic Ocean and running thence
Northerly following the East boundary of the said land of
the United States to the Southerly line of East End Road
Isometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
Northeasterly corner of land of the United States, thence
crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island
Sound ; said lot or parcel of land being bounded and de-
scribed as follows:

is 527. 40 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 8 degrees 27 minutes East) a distance of
319 . 64 feet to a point;
THENCE Southeastwardly still along the Southerly side of said
road (and following the arc of a curve to the right whose
radius is 718 . 31 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is South 26 degrees 16 minutes 30 seconds West) a
distance of 8. 01 feet to another monument;
THENCE South 24 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds West 275 . 36
feet to another monument;
THENCE North 71 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds West 171. 71 feet
to another monument; and
THENCE NORTH 9 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West 251.62 feet to the
