BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Highwood Road; where the same is intersected by the division
line between Lots 6 and 8 on the aforesaid Map;
I RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the division line between Lots 6 and 8 South

66 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds East 115.13 feet to land now or formerly of Wall;
Designation THENCE along said last mentioned land, land now or formerly of Chinges and land now or formerly of Hoenig
Dist. South 25 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds West 190.78 feet to the division line between Lots 8 and 10;
CW THENCE along said alst mentioned division line North 66 degrees 17 minutes 00 seconds West 64.05 feet to
the westerly side of Highwood Road;

THENCE along the westerly side of Highwood Road the following two courses and distances:

Blk. _ 2. North 23 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 145.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part in deed dated
Lot(:) June 5, 1991 and recorded on June 27, 1991 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11294 on

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party'of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been.incurnbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration Tor this conveyance-sadavill hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for tht'purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
