BETWEEN the COUNTY OF SUFFOLK, a municipal corporation of
the State of New York, having its principal office at the
Suffolk County Center, Center Drive, Riverhead, New York 11901,
party of the first part, and
MAIA ROBIN, 2112 Broadway, Apt 7C, New York, NY 10023,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, pursuant to
Resolution Number 340-2011 adopted by the Suffolk .County
Legislature on May' 10, 2011 and, thereafter, approved by the
County Executive on May 20, 2011, in consideration of ten
dollars paid by the party of the second part does hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever;
ALL, that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with any
buildings and improvements thereon eres~ed,, situate, lying

FURTHER, notwithstanding the above description, it is the
intention of this conveyance to give title only to such property
as was acquired by the County of Suffolk by Tax Deed on
September 22, 2010, from Angle M. Carpenter, the County
Treasurer of Suffolk County, New York, and recorded on September
23, 2010, in Liber 12638 at Page 372.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines
thereof;.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
SUBJECT to all covenants, restrictions and easements of
record, if any.
SUBJECT to any state of facts which an accurate survey
might show.
THE WORD "PARTY" shall be construed as if it read "parties"
whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road where same is intersected by land now or
formerly of Fried with the northerly side of Main Road;
RUNNING westerly along said northerly side of Main Road on a curve to the left, having a radius of
2898.00 feet, a distance of 62.30 feet;
THENCE along a 30 foot right of way, two (2) courses:
1) North 61 degrees 28 minutes West 161.99 feet; thonoe
2) North 15 degrees 30 minutes West 140.00 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 27 minutes 30 seconds East 178.87 feet to the first above mentioned
division line;
THENCE South 15 degrees 30 minutes East 260.00 re. et to the northerly side of Main Road and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a 30 foot right of way and a 15 foot right of way, both as shown on "Map of Minor
Subdivision for David Gillispie", dated September 2, 1971 and as set forth in Liber 7736 page 150.
TOGETHER with an Easement for beach access purposes only,.over the following described property
and a fight of way through Darn Pond to said property:

THENCE along land now or formerly of David Gillispie, North 15 degrees 30 minutes West 150.0 feet
to ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound;
