WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the part) of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected. situate.
lying and being imt3tle on Fishers Island in the Tann of Southold, County of Suffolk
land State of New York, designated as Lots 58 and 59 on a certain trap entitled
Plan of Peninsula at Fishers Island, owned by Charles W. Hedge and Francis
G. Thorp, by Chandler & Palmer, Engineers, Norwich, Conn., 1913", and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 11 , 1913 under File No. 223.
TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress to and egress from the premises above
st• 1000 described over and along the 20-foot right of way bounding said lots along the
010.00 easterly boundary thereof shown on said Map leading from said premises to the
(50-foot) private roadway now or formerly of Fisher Island Estates, Inc„ sometimes
k: 03.00 known as the Peninsula Road, and over and along said Peninsula Road or such other
it: 020.000 roadway as now or hereafter may exist connecting the said Peninsula with the
public highway.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the grantor in and to the
shores of the Inner Bay of Great Harbor adjoining said premises and in and to
the land under the waters of said Bay adjoining said premises, and together with
all right, title and interest of the grantor herein in and to a structure designated
as "pile wharf" as shown on a certain trap entitled "Plan of Property to be conveyed
by Louise S. Mallory to unberto Squattrito, Peninsula Road, Fishers Island, N.Y.",
prepared by Chandler, Palmer & King, dated October 20, 1980.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed and described by deeds
recorded in Liber 9179 at page 465, Liber 10127 at page 11 and Liber 10376 at
page 332.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to an) streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party, of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
