Island Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the northeasterly side of a
road 45 feet wide, said monument bei�g located 303 .72 feet North
of a point which is 675.95 feet East of another monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"Chocomount 2" (which said monument is located on the summit of the
highest hill on Fishers Island , New York" , about 2 & 1/4 miles
West of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South 79 degrees
29 minutes 46 seconds East of Nortla Dumpling Light in Fishers
Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE North 47 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East,
221. 18 feet to a stake set on the southwesterly side of another
road 40 feet wide;
THENCE southeastwardly along thg southwesterly side of said
road (following the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is
249.60 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is
