TOGETHER with the right to use in common with others, Race Point
and Winthrop Drive (50 feet in width) , Reservoir Road (50 feet in
Width) Equestrian Avenue and other private roads of Race Point
for ingress to and egress from the premises (hereinafter defined).
until such time as such private roads are dedicated to public road

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed from
Darrell L. Babcock and Sheila M. Babcock, his wife, to the parties
of the first part , dated April 3, 1986, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on April 17 , 1986 in Liber 10018 cp. 340.
The grantee is the spouse of Alexander Harvey II , grantor, and this
transaction is exempt from gift tax.
