Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on die shore of Bloc Ian tknr the Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of the said land of the United StatQ th� yt{, erly line of East End Road (sometimes called Oriental Avenue)and which point is the northeasterly corner of the d o e�ited States, thence crossing the East End Road and following the same course as the last to the shore of West Harbor o \ e and Sound; Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and des rib I ows: BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northwesterly side of a road forty feet wide, said monument being three thousand and twenty-eight and sixty-hundredths feet West of a point which is seventy-three and ten-hundredths feet South of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2 (which said "Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest hill on Fishers Island, N.Y. about two and one-quarter miles West of the Eastern end of Fishers Island and lies South seventy-nine degrees twenty-nine minutes and forty-six seconds East of North Dumpling Light NW 359 in Fishers Island Sound); and running thence North thirty-four degrees twenty-eight minutes and forty seconds West three hundred and fifty-nine and nine-hundredths feet to t$e shore of Fishers Island Sound; thence, with the meanders of said Sound, North eight degrees and nineteen minutes East seventy-six and thirteen hundredths feet, North forty degrees thirty minutes and ten seconds East one hundred and eighty-nine and thirty-eight hundredths feet, South seventy-two degrees seventeen minutes and thirty seconds East one hundred and twenty-four and ninety-two hundredths feet and North seventy-nine degrees forty-three minutes and twenty seconds East eighty-two and five-hundredths feet to a stake; thence South zero degrees twenty-two minutes and thirty seconds West I� four hundred and four and forty-one hundredths feet to a stake set on the Northwesterly side of said road; and thence, along the Northwesterly side of said road, South fifty-five degrees thirty-five minutes and ten seconds West one hundred and fifty-five feet to .SIJ I the place beginning; containing two and seventy-four hundredths acres, more or less; t>5 TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Seller in and to the lands under the waters of Fishers Island Sound adjoining said premises, Being the same lot or parcel of land which by deed dated the 2nd day of June, 1927, and recorded among the land records of Suffolk County, New York, in Liber 1277, page 414, etc., was granted and conveyed by Fishers Island Corporation to F. Spencer Goodwin; and which by deed dated the 29th day of November, 1929, and recorded in the land records of Suffolk County, New York, on or about December 18, 1929, was granted and conveyed by F. Spencer Goodwin and Helen Whittelsey Goodwin, his wife, to said Fishers Island Corporation; and which by deed dated the 17th day of December, 1929, and recorded in the land records of Suffolk County, New York, in Liber 1477, page 591, on or about January 13, 1930, was granted and conveyed by Fishers Island Corporation to Madeleine G.
