WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the
SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE "A"
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of
Southbld, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of Sound View Avenue, 183.20 feet northwesterly along
said northeasterly line from the southwesterly corner of land conveyed to the party of the first part by
Edward C. Booth, from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said northeasterly line of Sound View Avenue,North 41 degrees 23 minutes 20
seconds West, 200.00 feet to lands now or formerly of Campbell;
THENCE along said land the following three (3) courses and distances:
1. North 31 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds East, 116.06 feet;
2. North 11 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East, 219.50 feet;
3. North 36 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 165.00 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Long
Island Sound;
THENCE southeasterly along said high water mark as measured by a tie line, South 73 degrees 09 minutes
50 seconds East, 246.89 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Mohtares, the following three (3) courses and distances:
1. South 23 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East, 159.91 feet;
2. South 19 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds West, 210.39.feet;
3. South 29 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West, 208.41,feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
January 19, 1973 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 23, 1973 in Liber
7348 page 401 and by deed dated January 19, 1973 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on February 23, 1973 in Liber 7348 page 405.
