and State of New York, bounded and described as set forth on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Martha F. Pendleton by
deed, dated January 11, 1950 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County

the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the

A certain parcel of land, located on Fishers Island, County of
Suffolk, N.Y. on which there is located a spring and pump house
used to provide non-potable water to the above premises, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone monument on the Northwesterly line of
Equestrian Avenue, said point being 816. 65 feet North of a point
which is 3818 . 54 feet West of another monument marking the U.S.
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" ;
RUNNING THENCE South 16 degrees 08 minutes West 28 . 87 feet,
abutting Southeasterly on said Avenue;
THENCE North 43 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds West 256. 0 feet;
V/ THENCE South 87 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West 60.0 feet;
THENCE North 2 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West 44 feet, more
or less, to the shore of Little Hay Harbor;
THENCE Easterly along the shore line 46 feet, more or less;
THENCE South 43 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East 39. 0 feet,
more or less, to a stone monument;
