Gary Party of the Second Part: Amelia Main Gary Deed Dated: ff(jrua r1 �{ , 1995 ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a portion of Fishers Island, lying easterly of the following line, viz: BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United States, known as the Fort H.G.
