BEING the same property conveyed to the County of Suffolk by deed
from Chester F . Jacobs , County Treasurer dated October 8 , 1962 and
said deed being recorded in the Office of the County Clerk , County
of Suffolk in Liber 5248 at Page 113 .
THE aforesaid premises being more particularly bounded and described
as follows :

forty feet wide , said monument being four hundred and seventy and
sixty-eight hundredths feet south of a point which is fifty-seven
