WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars,and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grantand release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the Second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of'land.,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

State of New York, as more particularly described in Schedule "A" annexed
hereto and made a part hereof',.,
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated March
4, 1992 and recorded on March 12, 1992 in Liber 11433 page 407
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.

AND the party of thefifstgaic, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the coat of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" Shall be construed as if it read "parties'' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

monument being located 5528.00 feet north of a point which is 247 feet
West of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" ; and
THENCE RUNNING along said Avenue line, North 73 degrees 31 minutes West,
102.20 feet to a monument;
THENCE along said Avenue line, North 61 degrees .23 minutes 20 seconds
West, 105.77 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 13 degrees 59 minutes West, 245.73 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 72 degrees East, 120.10 feet;
THENCE North 34 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East, 238. 04 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.

BEGINNING at a stone monument on the southeasterly line of Munnatawket
Road said monument being 5303 . 89 feet north of a point which is 513.48
feet West of the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"PROS" ; and
THENCE RUNNING South 74 degrees 21 minutes East 119 .8 feet;
THENCE North 13 degrees 59 minutes East 62.70 feet;
