THIS INDENTURE, made the wl ye-' day of October, nineteen hundred and ninety-nine
BETWEEN
SALVATORE GALLO and RITA GALLO, both residing at 212 Wetherill Road, Garden City,
New York 11530; and DONNA BLANCHARD On&DONNA GALLO, residing at 211
Tomahawk Lane, Barrington, Illinois 60010, as tenants in common
party of the first part, and
DAVID R. STARWOOD and JANE TAYLOR STARWOOD, husband and wife, both residing at
3985 Sound Avenue, PO Box 387, Mattituck, New York 11952
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 4 on a certain map entitled, "Map of
West Creek Development" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
July 6, 1937, as Map Number 1236, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of at 25 foot private road known as "Sun Lane"
at its intersection with the easterly side of a certain 15 foot right of way as shown on a certain
map entitled, "Map of West Creek Development" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk as Map Number 1236, said point or place of beginning being the
southwesterly comer of Lot No. 4 as shown on said map;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of said 15 foot right of way, North 26 degrees 44
minutes 10 seconds East 111 feet to the ordinary high water mark of West Creek;
THENCE along a tie line bearing South 88 degrees 28 minutes 50 seconds East along the
ordinary high water mark of West Creek, 58.87 feet to land now or formerly of Herbert
Rosenberg, being Lot-No. 5 bn the above-mentioned map;
THENCE along said last mentioned land, South 29 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds West,
122.00 feet to the northerly side of "Sun Lane";
