Crescent Avenue, said point being 4977 .78 feet North of a point
which is 899.99 feet west of a monument marking the U.S. Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Pros" and thence
running along said Avenue line South 86 degrees 44 minutes 40
seconds West 143 . 12 feet;
Thence South 3 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 150.00;
Thence North 86 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East 143. 12 feet;
Thence North 3 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West 150. 0 feet to
said Avenue line at the point of the beginning.
Being and intended to be the same parcel acquired by Daniel
Kowalaczyk from Annette M. Zabohonski by deed dated March 19,
1985 and recorded May 2, 1985 in Liber 9783 page 196,
and further acquired by William R. Bloethe from Daniel Kowalaczyk
on the 8th day of November, 1991
