This transfer is without consideration because the transfer is a

forth in Deed dated Decemlrr 15 , 111993 by Jacqueline L.Williamson
to Frederic Ely Williamson, Pete Laneres Williamson, Anne W.

premises and Jacqueline L. Williamson has retained 13% ownership

All of that lot or pardel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon, in
the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York, being a part of that
portion of Fishers Island belonging to grantor (which portion is hereinafter called
"Park") lying to the east of Peninsula Road, said lot or parcel of land being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly line of a road, said point being located
5541.74 feet North of a point which is 1,744.24 feet East of amonument marking the
United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN", said point
also being at a poiint of curve to the right having a radius of 713.31 feet and the
direction of whose radius at that point is South 26 degrees 55' 46" West; thence
running Southeastwardly along said road line and following the arc of said curve
303.68 feet to a point of curve to the right having a radius of 3372.29 feet and the
