WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and State of New York , as more particularly bounded and described in
Schedule A annexed hereto and made a part hereof .

The party of the first part and the part of the second part are the same persons
described in the deed, dated December 17, 1982 and recorded in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk on January 3 , 1983 in Liber 9293 page 469. This is a correction
deed intended to correct an error in the third from last course and distance recited
in such previously recorded deed and covers the premises intended to be conveyed
thereby.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the.second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.
DESIGNATION
Dist. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Sm. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
Blk. as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
Lot(s): purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

Deed Dated: Nevamber 1994
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New
York, being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to
Fishers Island Corporation (which portion is hereinafter called
the "Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by the United
States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount
Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound or the
Atlantic Ocean; and
RUNNING THENCE southerly following the east boundary of the said
land of the United States to the southerly line of East End Road
(sometimes called Oriental Avenue) and which point is the
northeasterly corner of land of the United States;
THENCE crossing the East End Road and following the same course
as the last to the shore of West Harbor or Fishers Island Sound.
Said lot or parcel of land being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northwesterly side of a road, said
monument being 506. 39 feet East of a point which is 431.44 feet
south of another monument marking the United States Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Chocomount 2" (which said
"Chocomount 2" monument is located on the summit of the highest
hill on Fishers Island, New York about two and one-quarter (2
1/4) miles west of the eastern end of Fishers Island and lies
South 79 degrees 29 minutes and 46 seconds East of North Dumpling
Light in Fishers Island Sound; and
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of a road the
following 2 courses and distances:
1. South 60 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West, 298 . 62 feet;
2 . Southwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right,
having a radius of 310.22 feet a distance along said curve of
79 . 56 feet;
THENCE northerly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right,
having a radius of 17. 65 feet a distance along said curve of
39.07 feet to the easterly side of a road;
THENCE northerly along the easterly side of said road the
following 3 courses and distances:
1. North 21 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East, 354 .42 feet;-
2 . Along the arc of a curve bearing to the left, having a
radius of 227. 32 feet a distance along said curve of 134 . 12 feet;
3 . North 12 degrees 16 minutes 20 seconds West 73 . 83 feet to
the southerly side of a road.
THENCE North 87 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East 136. 62 feet to
land now or formerly of Benjamin C. Beacon;
THENCE South 64 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds East along the last
mentioned land 110. 04 feet.
