WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being buxbhe at Fishers Island, Town of Southold,. Suffolk County, State of
New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Hedge Street, said point being located
North 1 degree 27 minutes 10 seconds East 124.8 feet from a stone monument at an
angle in said street line said stone monument being located 2035.26 feet north
of a point which is 417.80 feet west of another monument marking the United States
Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "PROS"; and thence running along
said street line North 1 degree 27 minutes 10 seconds East 70.0 feet; thence North
74 degrees 29 minutes East 159.55 feet to another stone monument; thence continuing
on the same line extended a distance of about 27.3 feet to the shore of Great Harbor,
abutting northerly on land now or formerly of Anna Bushnell; thence southerly along
the shore of said Harbor about 76.5 feet to land now or formerly of Doyen; thence
South 76 degrees 58 minutes West about 187.2 feet to the point of beginning, abutting
southerly on land of Doyen.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed, dated December 11, 1992 and recorded in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on December 14, 1992 in Liber 11589 page 019.
