BEING the same properly conveyed to the County of Suffolk by deed from Chester F.
Jacobs, County Treasurer dated October 8, 1962 and said deed being recorded in the
office of the County Clerk, County of Suffolk, is Liber 5248 at. Page 113.

said monument being four hundred and seventy and sixty-eight hundredths feet
