WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel o land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being om3ltatx at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York , being more particularly bounded and
described on Schedule A hereto.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
TAX MAP second part forever.

recording of this deed, the above described parcel shall be merged with other
premises of the party of the second part adjoining such parcel on the south and
west (said other premises having been acquired by the party of the second part by
deed, dated January 3, 1992 and recorded on January 15, 1992 in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11401 page 565) so as to form a single parcel
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at an angle in the northeasterly line of Avenue B, said
monument being located 5522.01 feet North of a point which is 1611.77 feet west
of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
