Virginia 23220 ; JAMES G. REID , now residing at 6001 Hampstead ,
Richmond , Virginia 23226 ; and M. BAGLEY REID, now residing at
5414 Tuckahoe , Richmond , Virginia 23226 , as tenants in common,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the secondart,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, her undivided one-fourth
interest, in and to
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, State of New York ,
being a part of that portion of Fishers Island belonging to the
party of the first part (which portion is hereinafter called the
"Park") lying to the east of Peninsula Road , said lot or parcel of
land being bounded and described on Schedule A hereto.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the undivided one-fourth interest in the same
premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed , dated July 1
1992 and recorded on July 29 , 1992 in the Office of the Suffolk
County Clerk in Liber 11510 page 016 .

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Southeasterly line of the main
road to the East End, said iron pipe being located 784 . 13 feet
South of a point which is 1714 .78 feet West of a monument marking
the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station
"East End 2" and thence running along said road line North 44
degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds East 267. 66 feet to an iron pipe;
thence North 79 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds East 133 .80 feet
along a road to a point of curve to the right having a radius of
417.02 feet and the direction of whose radius at that point is

Southwestwardly along a road line following the arc of said curve
