BEGINNING at a stone monument set on the Northeasterly side
of a road forty ( 40) feet wide, known as Alpine Avenue, said
monument being 1665. 01 feet North of a point which is 1022. 08,
feet West of another monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic
Triangulation Station Pros. No. 2, (which said Pros. No. 2, is on
highest point located on eastern section of U. S. Army Reservation
overlooking South Shore of Fishers Island, and lies S. 13 degrees
36 ' 50" E. from North Dumpling Light in Fishers Island Sound ) ;
and running thence N. 40 degrees 27 ' 00" E. ninety-one and 73/100
( 91. 73 ) feet to a concrete marker; thence 14. 51 degrees 06 ' 00"
hW. fifty-seven and 5/10 ( 57. 5) feet to a concrete marker ,on the
Southerly side of private road; thence, along said road 5.54 degrees

monument abutting northwesterly on other land of these Grantees;

to an iron pipe on the northeasterly line of said Alpine Avenue, .
the last two lines abutting northeasterly and southeasterly on .
remaining land of the Grantors; thence North 45 degrees 44 minutes
40 seconds west along said northeasterly line of Alpine Avenue
