WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

feet Fast of a monimlent marking the United States Coast and Geodetic Survey
Triangulation Station NNINN and thence running North 29 degrees 25 minutes
50 seconds East 250.00 feet to a point; thence North 9 degrees 49 minutes 03
seconds East 83.51 feet to a point; thence North 70 degrees 46 minutes 44
seconds West 238.23 feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds West 60.00 feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees 21 minutes 05
seconds East 290.03 feet to an iron pipe on the Northeasterly lime of the
aforattentioned road, said iron pipe being at a point of curve to the right
having a radius of 436.00 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is South 16 degrees 08 minutes 13 seconds West; thence running
Scutheastwardly along the arc of said curve a distance of 101.16 feet to
the point of beginning.
