SECTION: SAID line runs in a Northerly direction along the Easterly boundary of property of Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , 006.00 a distance of 83 feet; thence turning to the right the line runs in an Easterly direction a distance of 50 feet, more or BLOCK: less, to the Westerly line of a driveway connecting with 07.00Crescent Avenue which avenue is the Northerly boundary of the property covered by the above mentioned deed; thence, LOT: the line turns to the right and runs in a Southerly direction a distance of 83 feet along the Westerly line of 003.000 said driveway to property of Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , thence, the line turns to the right and runs in a Westerly direction a distance of 50 feet, more or less, along the property of said Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , to the point of beginning.
