BETWEEN MILDRED V. DIXON, residing at Box 535, Crescent Avenue, Fishers Island, New York, as devisee under Paragraph second of the Last Will and Testament of Harry L. Ferguson to Emory Sears by deed dated December 27 , 1899 , and recorded in Suffolk County DISTRICT: Clerk' s Office in Liber 489 of Deeds, page 323 , on the 10th 1000 day of January, 1900 . SECTION: SAID line runs in a Northerly direction along the Easterly boundary of property of Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , 006.00 a distance of 83 feet; thence turning to the right the line runs in an Easterly direction a distance of 50 feet, more or BLOCK: less, to the Westerly line of a driveway connecting with 07.00Crescent Avenue which avenue is the Northerly boundary of the property covered by the above mentioned deed; thence, LOT: the line turns to the right and runs in a Southerly direction a distance of 83 feet along the Westerly line of 003.000 said driveway to property of Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , thence, the line turns to the right and runs in a Westerly direction a distance of 50 feet, more or less, along the property of said Fishers Island Farms, Inc. , to the point of beginning.
