SCHEDULE A TO DEED
Grantor: Michael L. Laughlin
Grantee: Porter J. Goss and Mary R. Goss
Deed dated: January 31 , 1992
A certain tract or parcel of land with the building thereon,
located at Fishers Island, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of a road, said point
being located 4443 .41 feet North of a point which is 874.32 feet
West of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and running thence North 79
degrees, 26 minutes and 20 seconds East 104.76 feet to an iron
pipe; thence South 39 degrees, 41 minutes and 30 seconds East
320.99 feet to a point; thence North 22 degrees, 41 minutes and 46
seconds West 354 .00 feet to a point; thence North 85 degrees, 45
minutes and 13 seconds West 150.29 feet to the said Easterly line
of the road at a point of curve to the left having a radius of
275.54 feet; thence Southwardly along said road line following the
arc of said curve for a distance of 112 .79 feet to the point of
beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the same premises transferred
to the grantor herein by deed dated September 4, 1969 and recorded
in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 9, 1969 in
Liber 6619 page 223.
SUBJECT TO a Declaration dated July 27, 1991 and recorded in the
Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on July 30, 1991 in Liber 11306
page 454, and to other convenants, agreements, restrictions and
easements of record.
By accepting this deed, the grantees herein understand, intend and
agree that, upon the recording of this deed, the above-described
premises will merge with and become a part of other premises of
the grantees adjoining on the south and west, said other premises
bearing Suffolk County Tax Map NO.-tIO 00-002.00-01.00-015.00l;�and
being shown and designated as Block 27, Lot 6 on Map of Fishers
Island Development Corporation, which Map wasfiledin the Office
of the Suffolk County Clerk on September 25, 1991 as Map No. A421.
This deed is being recorded to correct the identification of the
parcel with which the above described premises are merged, said
other parcel being incorrectly identified in the deed to the same
premises dated October 31, 1991 and recorded on December 17, 1991
in Liber 11387 Page 438. This deed supersedes said previously
recorded deed.
