�'J' The grantor herein is the same person as the grantee in deed dated October 12,
1988 and recorded on October 24, 1988 in Liber 10719 page 483.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the.first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby

BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Central Avenue, said
monument being located 5528.00 feet north of a point which is 247 feet
West of another monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "PROS" ; and
THENCE RUNNING along said Avenue line, North 73 degrees 31 minutes West,
102.20 feet to a monument;
THENCE along said Avenue line, North 61 degrees .23 minutes 20 seconds
West, 105.77 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 13 degrees 59 minutes West, 245.73 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 72 degrees East, 120.10 feet;
