THENCE F&WING along the northeasterly litre of said avenue North 67 degrees 18
minutes 00 seconds West 79.65 feet to a drill hole in a wall;
THENCE North 37 degrees 42 minutes 00 seconds Fast 177.15 feet;
THENCE South 76 degrees 23 minutes 00 seconds East 77.95 feet;
THENCE South 54 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East 132.63 feet to the
Northwesterly line of said avenue,
THENCE along said avenue lure South 55 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds West 133.85
feet;
THENCE along the Northerly line of said avenue West 109.00 feet to the point of

BEIM AND INITNDED TD BE an undivided one-tenth (1/10) interest in and to the
same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated March 4, 1975
and recorded March 17, 1975 in Liber 7811 page 108.

abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the

DESIGNATION
Dist. 1000 AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
