WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

RUNNING THENCE North 60 degrees, 07 minutes, 00 seconds East about 131.0 feet to
the shore of West Harbor;
THENCE following the meanders of said shore line northwesterly about 330 feet;
THENCE South 12 degrees, 24 minutes, 40 seconds West 162.22 feet to the
northeasterly line of said avenue;
THENCE along said avenue line South 73 degrees, 57 minutes, 20 seconds East 66.63

121.04 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed, dated March 5, 1971 and recorded March 19, 1971 in the Office of the
Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 6902 page 168.
