and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the Northwesterly line of a road,
said iron pipe being located 165. 33 feet North of a point which is
3045. 33 feet West of a monument marking the United States Coast
and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN" and thence running
North 45 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West 289. 60 feet to West
Harbor; thence South 75 degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West 41. 50
feet; thence North 17 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West 131.70
feet; thence South 43 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds West 113 .80
feet; thence South 21 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West 117 . 45
feet to a point, the last four lines running along the shore of
said West Harbor; thence South 48 degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds
