lying and being in the
Town of Southold, 'County of Suffolk, State of New York, being a
part of.that portion,of Fishers Island now or formerly belonging to
Fishers Island Estates, Inc. (which portion is hereinafter called the
"Park") lying easterly of the following line, viz:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerly owned
by the United States, known as the Fort H.G. Wright Military Reservation,
Mount Prospect Tract, on the shore of Block Island Sound.or the Atlantic
Ocean (as said Tract was constituted prior to the extension thereof by
the acqui.sition'of additional lands in condemnation proceedings instituted
in 1942) and
RUNNING thence northerly following the East boundary of the said
tract of land now or formerly of the United States (as same was constituted
prior to such extension thereof) to the southerly line of East End ,Rnad

stone monument;
THENCE South 42degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East, 473.59 feet to
the shore of Block Island Sound;
THENCE with the meanders of said Sound, South 56 degrees 23 minutes
00 seconds West, 385.26 feet and South 68 degrees' 48 minutes 20 seconds
West, 73.18 feet to a stake;
THENCE North 14 degrees 29 minutes 50 seconds West, 519.63 feet to
a stone monument; and
