THIS INDENTURE, made the -P day of November, 1991 ,
between FISHERS ISLAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of New York, with its
principal place of business at Equestrian Avenue, Fishers Island,
New York, hereinafter called the grantor, party of the first
part, and SUSAN K. STICKNEY, of Route 2, Pound Ridge, New York,
NY 10576, hereinafter called the grantee, party of the second

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in
�i consideration of the conveyance of another certain piece or
parcel of land, with the improvements thereon, on Fishers Island,
p/6, d0 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
