CONSIDERATION THIS INDENTURE made the 31st day of August,
Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-One BETWEEN
LAUREL A SOPER, who resides at 20 Blueberry
Lane, South Glastonbury, Connecticut, party
of the first part, and JARED P. SOPER, of 20

That lot or parcel of land, with all buildings and improvement.
thereon and appurtenances thereof, situated in the Town of
Southhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more
particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at a stone monument set on the southerly side of a
road 40 feet wide, said monument being 2482.70 feet south of a
point which is 2089.02 feet west of another monument marking the
U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "Nin"
(which said "Nin" monument is located near the western end of a
ridge overlooking the south shore of Fishers Island and on the
highest point between Chocomount and Mount Prospect and lies
south 45 17' 26" east of North Dumpling Light in ?ishers Island
Sound) ; and running thence eastwardly along the southerly side
of said road ( following the arc of a curve to the right whose
radius is 625. 65 feet and the direction of whose radius at that
point is south 14" 37 ' 40" east) 40.01 feet to a stake; thence,
still along the southerly side of said road, north 79" 02' LO•
east, 87. 95 feet to a stake marking a point of curve to the left
whose radius is 752.62 feet and the direction of whose radius at
that point is north 10" 57' 50" west; thence eastwardly still
along the southerly side of said road (and following the are of
said curve) 22. 02 feet to a stake; thence south 23" 18 ' 40"
east , 370 . 14 feet to a stake; thence south 67. 43' 40" west,
222. 49 feet to a stake; thence north 21" 27 ' 20" west, 175.83
feet to a stake; thence north 7. 59' 40" east, 129 . 39 feet to a ,
stake; and thence nocth 21. 53' west, 110. 36 feet to the place
of beginning;
