ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being a part of that part of Fishers Island (which portion
is hereinafter called the "Park") being bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the northerly line of a road, said
iron pipe being located 260.98 feet north of a point which is
5544 .07 feet West of a monument marking the United States Coast
and Geodetic Triangulation Station "Chocomount 211 ;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along said road along an arc of a curve
bearing to the left having a radius of 567.40 feet a distance of
