Commencement:
· The meetin9 began at 7:10 p.m. with four LPC members present.
This meetin9 was re-scheduled from May 31,2011.
Adoption of Meeting Minutes:
· ACCEPTANCE OF MEETING MINUTES FROM MAY 24, 2011
MOTION made by Maureen Cullinane, seconded by Allan Connell, to accept the LPC meetin9
minutes from May 24, 2011.
Motion carried: 4/0 (John Sepenoski and Lillian Ball not present at time of vote)
Land Preservation Applications and Inquiries:

Status Update
Conway Easement
Marketing of Property [executive session]
LPC Chairman John Sepenoski was not present durin9 discussion of this agenda item due to his
family relationship to landowner.
Easement Update:
Melissa 9ave quick update regardin9 easement language. Easement will allow for 20% agricultural lot
coverage.
Applications & Inquiries for Uses or Structures on Preserved Property:
None
Stewardship and Management:
· BITTNER PRESERVE UPDATE
Not discussed.
General Land Preservation Items:
· AG PRODUCTION DEFINITION / EASEMENT
Mary Wilson, Esq., Stephen Searl & Melissa Spiro to present information
Stephen Searl was unable to attend meeting.
Melissa presented existing codes/regulations pertaining to farm stands and presented draft
recommendations in regard to retail use within farmland development rights easements. LPC had
lengthy discussion re: retail use within easement, especially pertaining to acreage requirements, size
of potential farm stand, parking requirements. Most LPC members in favor of some retail within
easement area, discussing whether or not, and if so, what restrictions would apply.
Discussion will continue at next LPC meeting.
Addition to Agenda:
· AG ADVISORY COMMITTEE ANNUAL REPORT
Agricultural Advisory Committee Chairman Chris Baiz met with Town Board at Town Board June 7,
2011 work session. Chrs Baiz had handout for Town Board. Melissa made a copy of the handout for
distribution to LPC members. Handout included recommendations for several items regarding
Development Rights Sold lands.
Next Regular Meeting:
o The next regular meeting will be held on June 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the Annex Executive Board
Room.
The June 14, 2011 meeting will be cancelled.
Adjournment:
· The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 p.m. by the six attending LPC members.
