Re: Appeal No. 2740
Dear Mrs. Carnes:
Recently, you filed an appeal application for a variance

yard setback at Pipes Cove, Greenport, New York.
Inasmuch as your property appears to be in an area

contact their regional office located at the State Uni-
versity of New York at Stony Brook, Building 40, Stony
Brook, New York 11794 (tel. 516-751-7900). After this
proposed project has been cleared with the N.Y.S. Depart-
ment of Environmental Conservation, please forward copies
of their final determination to our office in order that
your variance application may be processed accordingly.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate
to call our office at 765-1809 or 1802.
Sincerely yours,
