of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINr1ING at the southeasterly corner of land owned by United States, known as Fort
H.G. Wright Military Reservation, Mount Prospect Tract, on shore of Block Island Soa d
or Atlantic Ocean and running thence northerly following the East boundary of said land
of United States to the southerly line of East End Road (sometimes called oriental
Avenue) and which point is the northeasterly corner of land of United States;
THENCE crossing East End Road and following the same course as last to shore of West

Wiggin PreGoott, his wife, to Curtis W. McGraw by decd dated
February 16, 1948 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk in Liber 2806 of Deeds Page 80, said monument
being one thousand two hundred forty-six and seventy-six
hurdreths feet North of a point which is one thousand four
hundred eighty-four and forty-one hundreths feet West of another
monument marking the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Triangulation
Station "East End 2" (which said "East End 2" monument is located
on the summit of the highest hill East of East Harbor on Fishers
Island, N.Y. and lies South fifty-four minutes West of Latimer
Reef Light in Fishers Island Sound);
ADD THENCE running along the southwesterly line of said parcel of
