RUNNNING THENCE North 060 27 ' 50" West 125. 00 feet to a monunment
THENCE North 870 00 ' 30" East 115. 03 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 000 25 ' 40" West 124. 50 feet to a spike in the pavement
at said Avenue line;
THENCE along said Avenue line South 860 44 ' 40" West 100.02 feet
to a point or place of BEGINNING.
