ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at New Suffolk, in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southerly side of Main Street, said point
being distant 76.12 feet Westerly from the intersection of the Southerly side
of Main Street and the Westerly side of First Street, as measured along the
Southerly side of Main Street;
RUNNING THENCE South 5 degrees 06 minutes 50 seconds West along
land now or formerly of Thomas Flurry, 125.76 feet to the land now or
formerly of Polashuk;
RIYNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Polashuk North 85
degrees 28 minutes West, 50.71 feet to land now or formerly of Bonnar;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Bonnar North 5

Main Street
